What is a average price for a bass clarinet?
i need to know fast for a assignment. the 2 most common brands of this instrument is yamaha and selmer PLEASE HELP?!

Does a bass clarinet with 2 body pieces have a higher chance for leaks?
I have been thinking about getting a bass clarinet with 2 body pieces and I was wondering if it's harder to get in tune and if you would tend to get more leaks with 2 body pieces. Is there any recommended brand? I'm trying to keep the price range around or below (more…)

What is a good bass clarinet for beginners?
hy there.. iam looking into buying a bass clarinet… i have never played woodwind before so iam a real starter in this field.. i would be willing to spent up to £1000 cause iam also looking for an instrument that will last me for a while..

New clarinet… Whats it going to be like!!!?

I'm looking to buy a new clarinet in the near future. I've played for quite a while now. What brand/model is worth getting?
